Its because for 3 strait weeks when you typed in www.pedalbmx.com it brought you to a page that said 401! ERROR. im sure most people did what i did and just closed the window.

No what im saying is that within US politics there is the logical thinkers, the people who look at logical explanations and look for logical solutions to modern us poltical issues. Outside of those people there are radicals on either side that do not have rational explanations, reasoning, or solutions for modern day political issues. Instead they rely on their rilgion, or say radical things like canada should invade the US. They dont look at logical responses to issues. They arn't within the logical realm of politics, they offer impossible solutions to problems. These people are overshadowed with such strong moral views and opinions that they cant give reasonable input into everyday situations. Let jesus christ take care of it type of explanations.
Notice how they usually attack eachother too. The faaar right is saying that these far left people are not religious so they are evil, and then the faaaar left people say that the other people are just religious nut bags so they are idiots. Thats the outer limits of explanation attacking the exact opposite of what they are. Once people think for a little while and put themselves in a situation where they understand things without their biases overshadowing everything they can offer logical thoughtout input into political issues. You see it on the board all the time. people attacking the relgious nutbags....i mean morally your allowed to believe whatever you want. The problem is some people on this board fall into the left side that the religious nutbags would think are idiots. in the middle of those two groups there is american politics, and untill you understand that you are just sitting on the outskerts talking to yourselves being that nut that nobody wants to listen to.
Tranq its your opion that you dont agree with the federal spending on stem cell research, or that you dont agree with bush's views in general. Those are your opions. Notice that Bush is the president and its inevidable that his views are going to be part of the country till hes out.when a republican goes into office the right wings views are going to be pushed on your, when a dem is in office its left wing views. What you believe in is your opinion. Bush doesn't want to fund stem cell research. Its your opinion that you dont agree with that, and its your opinion that he is "killing people" by not funding the research. Its all your opinions, that you think this is another vietnam,that we shouldn't be in iraq, so on and so forth. The thing that you have to do is look past your opinion every once in a while to see what the facts are instead of being ignorant to them. Like your opinion that we had no reason to attack them, that it was offensive, da da da is all opinion. Everyone is allowed to have opinions. The problem with you is that you have repeatidly shown that your opions are not based around facts, but rather they are based around wrong facts, skewed information, or gut feelings. You have said things like" i knew right away da da da". those are gut feelings. Religious nuts base their views on gut feelings, not logical thinkers looking for practical explanations and practical responses to problems. You can have all the opinions you want, and nobody can say they are wrong. But once you state where your opinions come from you come off as an uneducated cook. The faaar left equivalent of a jesus christ is going to save the world religious nut.

You dont understand things.
When an elected official is voted into office the people of the country invested in his ideals. You happen to not agree with his ideals, and you just cant get over it. All you argue are his ideals, and not whats actually going on in congress. You dont get that all you do is talk about what you think is "right". Nobody cant prove you wrong on what you think is right....What the normal people of the world do is look pass their own biases, prejudices, and ignorance to see how things are actually happening. You are extrememly ignorant to whats actually happening because of your views you cant look past.

THEY ARE OPINIONS. they cant be proved wrong or right. the problem is that your opions are based on such scewed views of the world that they just become messed up, and for the most part contradictory. Everytime you throw out a fact anyone on this board can prove it wrong because its just something that you think you know. The problem is that your views are based on these down right wrong facts, and it shows that you dont know anythiing. You have opinions, congradulations, but you dont know anything to support them.

First facts:
read about UN sanctions, its their war also. like in resolutions where it says they "call apon the authorities to do such and such" UN sanctions say the US and UK, now that they are in iraq are responsible for a list of things that must get done. as one example its our responsibility to create the new government in iraq. a UN resolution says so. 1483 was the big one. UN put their foot down on what has to happen in iraq. Read it, understand it, embrace it. It will help you understand things.
Bush "fooled" congress into going to war? can you prove this? because your gut instinct says bush is a sneaky little SOB so he must have tricked them doesn't mean anything. Its not like congress is a bunch of dumb chumps that only knows what the white house tells them. A lot of them have been in office since clinton, or before. They know whats going on. They wern't fooled or tricked, they took a vote, and the majority spoke.

Iraq's actions towards the US made it a good center for the "war on terror" Bush chose it as a place to lure in the "terrorists" rather then having them attack us on our own soil. Its a simple idea. The problem is that the game plan wasn't well thought out. Im sure bush didn't go into his presidency saying he was going to attack iraq and afganistan.
But also notice right now that this is not Bush's war right now. This is the UN, UK and the US's war togeather...not exactly bush's war. Because congress voted on it. You have to start thinking of how things actually work and not just drop the Bush name all over the place.Its congress's war.
The UN recognizes the UK and US as the force in the iraq, and have resolutions saying that its up the the US and the UK to stabalize iraq, the UN lays down all the regulations for whats going on there. THey lay down what the US and UK have to do, when to do it and how to do it. The US and UK went to war, and the UN had no choice but to start regulating how it was happening. The UN even lifted non military sanctions.
this isn't bush's war. It be much more respectable if you called it this administration's war. Or the current government's war. Cuase guess what...congress voted on it.
now for my opinion. Its disgusting that you think mass genocide is ok as long as its not in your back yard. If people are dieing because fo a dictator something has to be done. I dont care if the polish, the french, the turkish or the americans were the ones to do something....it had to be done. It turned out the be a mess, but at least now they dont have to see their families die because their dictator had a different religion then them.
