Actually it looks pretty much the same to me with IE and Firefox. All I noticed is the text is a little bigger/bolder with IE.
The layout obviously has to do with the code base used. I'm assuming you coded it yourself, or else you used a template/style/theme whatever you want to call it, from somewhere else. Either way, you had to do that because you switched code base. If you were still using phpBB then the layout would be a lot nicer. (BTW, I'm assuming by code base you mean CakePHP).
Of course no free system has the features included, but with your coding skills I'm sure you can add the features yourself. After all, CakePHP didn't have all these features, but you coded them, right?

I think you should go back to the phpBB forums (I think that's what you used) and you can still put the ads up with phpBB. Or you could go a step up with VBulletin, but I just can't stand this layout of the forum, it's just not good looking.
So basically I think people left because of the layout, not because of the ads.
EDIT: If you are worried about incorporating the gallery, blog, and features like that, it can be done with VBulletin. http://forum.bodybuilding.com has a ton of features and they use VBulletin for their forums.

Lever or stem, should work the same.

Well the handlebars are under a lot more stress than levers.

Try wrapping your bars with electrical tape or duct tape until you get it to where the lever will grip the bar right.

I'm talking about the bars slipping in the stem. The brake lever will work fine because it is mine also. I tried some plastic shimmy type stuff but it didn't work. I think I'll just fix up his other bike...
What do I use for handlebar shims? posted on 2006-06-28 18:02:28
I'm fixing up my 9 year old cousin's Wal-Mart bike with some of my old parts. I'm trying to put my Low Drag 3's on his bike, but his "stem" thing is too big. It's the kind that you have to pry open for the handlebars to fit, and then clamp it shut with the bolt. But it is too big for these bars. So what can I use for a shim? Would bike tube rubber all the way around help?
Gaming site/forum that I made posted on 2006-05-20 12:22:37
Just thought I would let you guys know in case you're interested. I started it a couple months ago, I got a bunch of Halo 2 glitches done, and of course I'm working on more content.
Site - http://www.fpsgaming.us
Forum - http://forums.fpsgaming.us
It would be great if you could just register for the forum, even if you're never going to visit again, because if there are more members then more people will want to join.
Thanks guys :)

At the time of posting, it's at $150. And there is no reserve. Email me if you have any questions, or if you want to Buy It Now for $500 shipped (eBay won't let me do BIN because I have a new account with less than 10 feedbacks. My old account was debbieamara and it had like 35 feedbacks, all positive)

Yeah, I didn't mean like getting sponsored, because I'm not good. But I would like to work with bikes. Mr. Jowee, I did actually see a bunch of those jobs at monster.com, but I figured they would probably suck. Where did you build them, and were there other people working with you?
BMX/bike related jobs/careers posted on 2006-03-07 19:48:30
Well, I searched monster.com for BMX and bike, and I think the only good result was for a bike shop in Arizona. So what other jobs are out there, and how does somebody get that job?
How do I get money into my e-gold account? posted on 2006-02-21 10:06:07
I signed up for a couple of Nick's autosurf programs, and I want to purchase my upgrades with my e-gold account, but I don't have any money in it. I also registered for e-Bullion, because I thought that was how I needed to put money into e-gold, but I am really confused here. Can someone please help me out?
i might be able to do Vision Precision board 147 w/ Lamar boots and bindings.
i am from Wisconsin also
So what is a good size board for me? I checked some sizing charts, and I think I should have 150-160. But hey, 3cm shouldn't make a difference since I will just be messing around on it.
So when will you know if you are selling it?
And what size are the boots?

Sooo.... $175 US shipped?

I'd sell it for 150+shipping.
PS. Snowboards don't know your height, only your weight.
How much would shipping be to Wisconsin?
nothing posted on 2005-12-02 16:34:31
I think 145 might be too short, I am 6'1" and 140 pounds.
nothing posted on 2005-12-02 14:55:56
Can I get some pics, and what length is the board? How old is the stuff? And by "random boots" you mean not brand name, right?
