Pedal BMX News - New avatar system, tons of small tweaks

I've been working hard on improving Pedal. One thing I've done to regulate Avatars is set them to be uploaded images only. You can now upload images, and then select it as the one you want to use as your Avatar in your Profile. Your Avatar will be shown on Forum posts, Comments, your Profile, Blog Posts, and anything else down the line.

There are also a ton of other little changes that will hopefully make your time here at Pedal more enjoyable. Let me know what you think!
