More Fixes

New fixes

1. Blogs comments are functional
2. Blogs now display view counts
3. Forum display should no longer overlap the right side
4. Viewing the last page is now fixed
5. Pagination links are fixed

1. Internet Explorer deletes the Shoutbox instead of updating it
2. E-mail notifications don't yet work
