Oh, Yeah, forgot to mention, with my 24 w/o ti bike, I run evolvers w/ a modulever (old style) brake setup, and 4 pegs

I think you guys overestimate how heavy old style street bikes weigh. My bike has front and rear Supra E hoops, a 7lbs frame, heavy forks, stock steel pegs, heavy 4pc bars and burly cranks, and it is 37lbs which aint that heavy really. 50lbs bmx bikes...i doubt it. Derek Nelson runs a 50lbs bike that he built himself. The thing is a tank and somehow he throws it around like nothin. Wanna see him ride? check out road fools 13. sorry couldnt find a bigger pic.
