I dont know about you guys, but I am liking this new layout. I dont have to read TJ's threads about Tranqulized's (Brian's) tricks he claims he can do but wont post footage of. Oh, and I almost forgot pedal existed. Oh well, I am doing better things with my time now. www.functionbmx.com www.recycleabicycle.org www.sickchildbikes.com Dont hate the player, hate the game. i don't know if its the pc or browser i'm using now, but the Front Forum page looks much better/organized., as well as the list of posts..
but when you're viewing the actual threads, there is too much typing all across the screen, and then when your replying this "body" box is to narrow. Should be wider. And if possible, like others said, color would help too.. but like i said i don't know if you made the changes or if it's becuase I'm on a different pc/browser, but the layout on the front stuff looks better now :)

wow this box is tiny... yea this is the first of about 5 attempts that actually worked when i clicked on the reply button, the pages load really slow, and the quick jump doesn't work, when you click on watever page you want, it doesn't send you there, maybe a button that says GO after the dropbox would be better. also as was stated, its kind of hard to read, and the main forum page has too small of text. and yeagive the doorman a fucking high-five

The old school style was a simple and easy to read layout. Check out: http://flattica.com/phpbb/ That's my personal favorite layout. I appreciate Nick's effort as well. He really has a passion for this. It also seems like Nick is accepting of suggestions and comments. So my 2 cents would be that the value of pedal is the community and not so much the layout. So keep it simple and easy to use. For example the http://www.phpbb.com/ style boards like the one Bobby mentioned are classic. Anyone that comes to one of those boards knows how to use it. Super user friendly. Using one like that may not be original but it does provide a great place for the bmx community to gather and interact. And that is the whole point of Pedal isnt it? So keeping working hard Nick. Be true to yourself but dont let Pedal fizzle out. That can happen fast in the online world. Patrick Schoolen http://www.flatlandfuel.com

I agree, the old forum was great, and the new one was a bit buggy, but today I stopped by and I have to say, it has improved greatly since my last visit a few days ago. I only post on Pedal, I lurk a couple other sites but Im not registered on them, it seems like all of the other forums have little sub groups of people from Pedal. I have complete faith that the site will be better than ever in due time. I cant even count how many times I have bought, sold, and traded stuff on Pedal, and learned of new products, viewed new videos, and made friends. I truly appreciate the effort and time you put into the site, it has helped me in many ways.
