If it makes you feel any better I have DEFINITELY been through exactly what you are going through (some of you on here know the girl and the entire situation) , and I just lost my job so I am also mostly income-free. Yes, you probably are depressed. Your entire system is in shock right now and its going to take some time until things start to feel normal. The most important things are to: Get enough sleep, but not more than about 9 hours a day. Get exercise every day. The more intense, the better. Aerobic exercise can alieviate depression in some people just as well as drugs can. Start to focus on the future, make some new goals, new plans. Try to have fun riding your bike, even if you feel like you're just going through the motions right now. Things will get better. 	I went riding today but I wasn't at my best. Making progress though. I am gonna stop telling the world that I feel like shit. From now on, lets just say that is a given. 	I have to tell this story. This past Saturday night I needed to occupy my mind so I dedicated the night (pathetic I know) to changing my MySpace page and learning all the codes and hacks and whatnot just to kill time. So it's almost 2AM and I am still on the computer upstairs when my doorbell rings. We'll my heart almost burst out of my chest. I'm thinking "is that her?" cause who else would it be that late at night. I jumped up sprinted down the stairs, almost killing myself on the way, get to the door heart racing with anticipation, open the door........only to have it be my next door neighbor complaining about the music being too loud.
