Hey everybody. posted on 2007-03-19 13:37:21

I'm leaving this site.
You all suck.
Nobody's on anymore.
I'm going to a place where people support my progression, no matter how good or bad I am.
Fuck y'alls.

I haven't ridden one, but I'll just tell you what I've heard.

It's exactly like the KHE Geisha, except for it has a one piece axel and apparently is more durable.

Re: PHOTOGRAPHERS posted on 2007-03-05 01:07:57

Depends on where. If it's at a skatepark, sure.

Re: need help!!!! posted on 2007-03-01 16:56:18

Here is the best tip ever for learning new tricks.
Go for it and hope you don't break your bike or yourself.

Go for 180 turndowns, 'cause they syk.

Re: Few riding pics posted on 2007-03-01 16:53:31

Those are pretty syk.
Keep it up.
Until nighttime when you decide to go to that ledge and try a grind, then find yourself bleeding on the ground because you didn't see the grindstoppers they recently put on that ledge.
But have no fear, for they can be easily removed with a phillips screwdriver or a chisel and hammer. Or a hacksaw. Probably a phillips screwdriver or a chisel and hammer 'cause the ledge is concrete.

Re: need new frame.. any suggestions posted on 2007-03-01 15:24:19

Alright, this is just my opinion.
If you have the money, get any KHE frame except for the Impact or the Method2.

Re: Difference between flatland frames? posted on 2007-02-26 22:49:25

Flatland frames are usually shorter than normal frames and sometimes have a bent downtube, for your legs or something like that, I would guess.

As for completes, the quality varies.
Pretty much it's like this.

As the money you're willing to spend rises, so does the quality of the bike.
You can buy completes that pretty much need nothing as soon as you get on it.
Like the MirraCo Blend and Black Pearl LTDs (Dave Mirra and Ryan Guettler signature bikes.)
But for a bike like that, the pricetag is outrageous.
Like $1,100.
But if you wanted to build the same bike piece by piece you'd be spending well over $1,500, maybe even into the two grand area.
Anyways, enough about that.

The KHE Stylus looks really good for a solid flatland starter bike. If I were you I'd go and get it.
Now, the thing about the KHE DaFunction is that it'll probably cost considerably more than the Stylus.
I'd get the Stylus and as I progress more I'd replace more parts to hold up to the rigors of my riding.
Hope I helped.

Rear hub help. posted on 2007-02-26 15:50:19

So basically, right now I'm running a 14mm Specialized Flipside hub.
What would be the best way to destroy it without taking it off my bike?

Re: gear ratios posted on 2007-02-26 15:47:27

I don't ride flatland, but I use 28/13.
For me, it works well with street, park, and trails.
As well as getting places.

Re: Why two pegs? posted on 2007-02-18 15:07:38

I used to ride 2, but I started riding 4.
I'm working on grinds on my opposite side right now.

Re: Freecoaster. posted on 2007-02-18 15:03:48

Isn't that the new KHE Reverse freecoaster coming out soon?

Re: Looking for a fisheye. posted on 2007-02-12 23:11:37

Yeah. I can get one for my camera for like, $35.

Looking for a fisheye. posted on 2007-02-12 02:10:59

It occured to me that if I got a fisheye my videos would be exponentially better.
Anyone got any extras?
Or maybe even a wide-angle?

I found that your local sports outlet store usually has them, but this time of year they might not because they might be "out of season."

Need some help with another trick. posted on 2007-02-10 13:12:32

Alright, so, turdowns.
How do you do them?
I can't really figure it out.

Freecoaster. posted on 2007-02-08 00:57:51

Re: Bmx Shoes? posted on 2007-02-07 20:51:13

Pretty much what I've found to be the best shoes are
Etnies(Insert model of your choice here...Except for Low-Cut2 Golf.)
DC (Insert model of your choice here.)
I've had these shoes and they work way good.
And last a long time if you have brakes.
I picked up the DC Kalis 6's in around September, and they've still got about 3 or 4 more months on 'em.

16". posted on 2007-02-06 21:36:30

So yeah, I was bored yesterday so I built up my 16". It doesn't have a chain so I tightened down the cranks alot.
It's way fun, like freecoaster status.

Re: cheap bike for beginner - any suggestions? posted on 2007-02-04 15:14:01

I haven't heard of Blank BMX.
Space is the model of the bike.
I wouldn't suggest it, just because it weighs about 5 keys more than your regular bike.
You might end up spending more, but look for a Specialized Fuse, that will work good for you.
