Well, I do know I got a cool sticker of theirs with one of my Albes orders, so they can't be all bad.

They're easily ridden up hills. And that makes me jealous.

How I learned them originally was on a much smaller scale, for instance on a bank up to something on top like a...tool box. You get the idea.

What is going to cost is insurance. Such as liability insurance.

The best way is to try them off a curb. Pretty much anyone can backflip off a curb.

That is true, longnecks are nice, I've been using them for about the past 5 or 6 years haha.

I use that S&M seat and like it a lot. I also have the powerbites. They're pretty nice, but a guy I used to ride with a lot did break his when they first came out (must have been like 6-7 years agoish? Can't remember.) Anyway, looks fine to me.

GRIPS ARE GRIPS I'M SURE THEY'RE FINE.
Seriously typing in all caps is really really bothersome to look at. Just my 2 cents.
stripping chrome? posted on 2006-04-19 18:15:27
Air craft stripper shouldn't strip chrome. Something was probably wrong with it - I know I tried sandblasting chrome and it wouldn't even come off. Just take it to a chrome shop, they have stuff to strip it (they probably won't charge you much for something that small/easy)
black vs. chrome rims? posted on 2006-04-18 23:05:20
From my personal experience, chrome, for whatever reason, is much better for braking. I don't like spending more than an hour or 2 "dialing" in my brakes. And I've had about 5 sets of wheels. 2 were black, 3 chrome.
Why not just leave it?
Who cares what it looks like, you're just going to go ride your bike on it anyway
Personally, I think grafitti in a park makes it look cooler
And if the cops just leave it there then eventually it should just stop.
When I was in Canada a few years back, I noticed a few skateparks there that were heavily grafittied, I thought it was beautiful, and nobody seemed to have a problem with it.
36 Lacing onto 48 hub posted on 2006-04-17 23:08:44
are you trying to save weight or something? spokes don't really weigh enough to make that worth while. also, I've heard people say "oh you don't need 48 spokes" that is for people who don't ride hard street =\
Just leave it 48s unless you only ride dirt or something.
Why do teachers have to be....... posted on 2006-04-12 16:10:31
Back in high school I only had a few really cool teachers I liked, but most were tolerable. Now in college, I either get teachers I really like, or teachers that I think wished they were doing what they were teaching aka assholes. It's about a 50/50 ratio really.

Your Tire Pressure... posted on 2006-04-12 12:22:43
I run between 90-110ish on Animal tires (depending on the compressor =P) But when I used Primo tires back in the day (rated to 65 I think?) I used to run them at 90psi also.

I know how you feel, my best friend had cancer and contracted a disease where basically his lungs filled up with fluid (after he "beat" cancer) and died when he was 18. Hope he gets through it.
