If you ride stock trials, then mountain bikes can be pretty damn spiffy on street.
But, i guess none of you guys would care about trials. This is a BMX forum i suppose.

How Clean... posted on 2006-04-23 11:26:13
well i just use my haro f3 for going to my freinds house and just riding around where i live so theres no point in cleaning it when its just going to get dirty the next time you ride it
That's a horrible attitude...
I ride street, and my bike gets dirty alot, so i have to clean it
quite often.
When you leave dirt on it, it ruins not just the paint, but can
get in the bearings and under your grips, and make things ugly.
Spray your bike down with the hose, then take a shitty old towel
to it and make it purdy.
Love the bike, love it strong, love it tender <3
XD

icepicks on quarters? posted on 2006-04-23 10:09:46
Brakes definitely help with icepick stalls, because your tire
will grip the tranny it's rubbing on and help you balance.
...
Fact remains: brakes are for pussies.

How much do you guys pay for a session at a park? posted on 2006-04-23 10:08:06
Well, i used to ride SE Michigan parks, which
were somewhat overpriced. Except TRP, that was
12 bucks for a day pass. Vans, which became Modern, had
pretty steep pricing...10 bucks for 2 hours for non-members
or 5 bucks for members. When Modern took over they changed
the pricing and the schedule. Now it's 14 bucks for a 3 hour
session. 7 for members. Which evens out to slightly less
than Vans.....But alas, i moved to WayTheFuckUpNorth...
There is a free park here which got split up and moved.
About a 10-15 minute bike ride from me, there's a mellow pyramid
and a mellow 5 1/2 foot miniramp which i will be spenging alot
of time in.
Maybe a 30 - 40 minute bike ride from me is the rest of the ramps
that got moved to some moddle school outside the city...
Dunno why they did that, but whatever, the ramps are still free.
I will be posting pics of it when i get around to it....

Perhaps you should take 3rd grade again, and when you've gotten a little better at speaking your own language, then you bring a valid, intelligent argument to the table.
Yes, i made a typo.
And i fixed it.
Let's be three about it.
