i agree with mr silva, the main thing here is cost,the sym hub was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread but ive only seen musselwhite riding one an i bet he didnt buy it!£350!! the profile is a good upgrade for a tried and tested product i cant see any cons for this product having held the nankai and got arm ache!

all i want is profile to hurry up an get them anodized profile shells out, in all them pretty colours!! nankais are reliable but to heavy even with ti axle

im 28 now and i know i should stretch but after work im so hungry for flat that i just cant be bothered and only recently ive started getting back pains after an hours riding nothing serious but its annoying. does touching your toes count as stretching ? how long do the other older boys spend stretching?

spoke freeze?? no one told me about that,well to be honest the spokes are too short and im using longer nipples - better get some longer spokes but im trying to make do until i can get my paws on a profile nankai shell

i have radial lacing 36 spoke front and rear the front i havnt touched since it was built yet the rear needs tightening and adusting after two hours riding and this is every day! i wonder why this is as all im doing is a few steamrollers and walkarounds

i work 40 hours a week and ride 2 hours a day any more and id be exhausted and still manage a good rate of progression!
