do a fast roll back, stay on your back tire, and 180 out of it, same with a 360 out of it

hop a bit higher than normal on the first 180 and land barely overrotated, then press and bounce off your back tire with your body twisted

i have an unknown sealed tubular haro crank
and a dk mph headset
if anyone could give me like a step by step installation and what to grease and etc. it would be greatly appreciated :D
