i got hooked on drinking at 13, by the time i got to 21 (22 now) i realized how stupid it was to get compleetely trashed and go out bar drinking. now when i drink i limit myself to 1 shot every half hour the first 2 hours, then 1 shout very hour after that. and i dont goto bars anymore i hang out with friends and drink at home or their places.

2-3 layers of duct tape jus ton the back of your stem. that did it for me, i hit my knee once and was hey i gotta do something about that. good thing my stem was rounded off in the back if it was sharp edges i may have broke something.
