How long until he turns 18?

thats an ever better question than my advice.
most of the people that talk alot of shit, run away from a fight though. so you may not even get the chance to fight him.

Why didnt you like em. And which set are u taking the risk on? because i know 41 thermals, profile cranks, and primo cranks are some of the more common cranks ppl ride on the whole.
the st martins obviously, since i didn't like the 41's when i was test riding them. they felt weird to me, i don't have to explain it because i won't ride them. odyessy isn't a bad company, i just didn't like their cranks (however my friend loved them but he doesn't ride anymore, his fit bike is still sitting in my front room cause he doesn't want to get it). not every company is well-rounded on every part, some parts are better than others. i was even considering trying the wombolts, until i saw st martins were 25 bucks cheaper + free sprocket. for me thats a quarter sack of green, and extra cash from not getting a sprocket that i can spend on something else like food. and they may end up being kick ass.

so if anyone is riding them and like or dislike st martins lemme know. but im gonna order them next week unless if i hear different from some that rides or have ridden them.

I've heard that even though they're pretty good, they tend to snap easy :-o. Im gonna just keep it classic and simple and grab some ody 41 thermals instead of opting for weaker alumnium cranks

ive ridden 41 thermals on a friends bike before and didn't like em. but if no one on the board has em i might just take a risk and find out.

get the redneck lt or xltthe redneck sucks and why would u want a heavy bike
why is a light bike so important? it doesnt make you a better rider and its expensive.
why don't you do some pushups a couple times a week, it'll save you hundreds of dollars.

i dont like hi tensile steel, but for the price you cant get a whole lot else.  Actually I would look for something with 14mm axles in the back at least.

sorry to bump an old topic. but i was looking to get some of these cranks also and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them for flat. i was going to get wombolts to try something unique but these are alot cheaper and lighter.

Re: I just caught someone.... posted on 2006-10-03 15:19:33

yelling at him was probably the best thing to do. it's alot more than a cop would've done about it. i know what you mean about not being in the condition to deal with a cop. been in that situation on occasion. once i had to sit on the porch and keep on telling he cant come inside cause my roomate called the cops over something stupid. it was really hot outside eventually he said "i dont give if a shit if you just smoked pot, thats not why i came here. i wont get you in trouble over it"
