alright...this took me forever and its still probably the worst way to get out of a wheelchair beside putting it down.

you learn to scuff wheelchairs in really tight circles,
and if you have that dialed push the bar inbetween your legs and around so your now in a funky chicken.

just pass it through :).

and when your tightening your stem put it in place . get a friend to hold it, then do an X pattern to tighten bolts

like

top left
bottom right
