Is the TT supposed to go through the DT or are they twisted side by side? That would be wicked looking!

I was a bit off with the inside E-squeak.
Are you holding the seat?
Squeaking backward steam?
Is your left leg in front or behind your bars?
Bar-split side-glide?
Do you do that on purpose or accidently?
Looks uncomfortable :)

Off the top of my head I'd say some kind of perverted E-squeak, but I'm probably wrong.
Post a pic while I research this.
KHE stems breaking! posted on 2005-10-25 12:18:40
I have the cheap "3d" model and one of the top bolt stripped on first install.
My fault? Maybe.
Does it hold? Unless I case hard it wont budge.
Is it worth the $20-$30 I paid for it? Heck yeah.
Sure, when I get the money I'll get a nicer model. But who cares. It did the job. And it's normal looking, not a funky, fugly design like some stems.

Just ask Bob Haro. He posts under the nickname "Byke". As a MOD he'll be more than happy to receive your complain.

I listen to hiphop in really small amount, really. Most of the music I listen to when I ride is punk, reggae and heavy metal.
Oh, and Apocalyptica, they rule!
This is hard... posted on 2005-10-18 09:40:59
Hey, don't give up!
Last february I've changed my bike from a cheap entry-level vert bike to a real flatland-specific model and I had to relearn everything. Endos and trackstands were easy but somehow I still cant land one measely tailwhips. I thought these would be easy with a light setup... I work on pulling longer fork glides and backwards steam rollers instead. The rolling and scuffing is wayyyy better now.
I guess tailwhips are a "big bike" type of trick.

I've seen you guys once or twice at the UAB park last winter.
Probably also at the LaFontaine park, it's where I usually practice (I live right next to it). I'm the noob with the blue FBM.

You guys are all off. None of that is going to help you.
Recent studies show that the color pink - and sometimes purple, to a lesser extent - will emit radiation in the form of "F" particles. These particles will bind with the AG compound naturally present in the crotch area to give you immunity to gravitational force.
I read this in American Physics Research for Flatland magazine. It's got to be true!

Any one use Normal offset forks? not minimal. posted on 2005-10-12 10:34:12
My first bike was a vert HB 900 and it had pretty big offset. If I remember well, I did not go OTB as often when trying to lift the backwheel off the ground.
I run Odysseys with minimal now.

Haha, I always knew you were one of them! Did you wear the leather or the drag queen outfit?
Seriously now, I was not aware of any flatland shows in Montreal, I mean outside the obvious jams. Please keep us informed of any such happening. I, for one, would love to see that.

Someone put the blenders as a spinning, pedaling death truck.
But on www.23mag.com there 2 magazine covers showing them as cross-footed spinning circle K.
Two tricks with the same name?

i love my bike getting stolen posted on 2005-10-01 16:35:05
Eh, never let anyone touch your ride. Always keep it indoor, in my case if they break in and steal it it's covered by insurance :D I dont even have a lock for it because it's never leaving the house without me.
At least it's not a 1.5 K bike. You'll get another one eventually!
