I've had nothing but good experiences with quamen parts....
been riding a g7 for over a year with no issues or cracks... and im 6' 1.5" about 200lbs.... the frames may be light.. but if you take care of them, they will last you...well worth the money I spent...

I think the site got a lil over-featured in the latest redesign... made for a lot of issues and a lot of down time... Some times simplicity is better... If something doesn't need to be complicated, it shouldn't be...
I really do miss the old style pedal....
all that flash stuff that was added seems to turd up the site... depending on which computer im using to view the site, some times a lot of stuff overlaps and you can't read the text. Im at work using ubuntu to view the site right now and it looks fine... but at home on my xp pro box, or my vista box, things get thrown all outta whack... its odd cause im using firefox and the same screen res for both...
Having seen internet forums come and go over the years... some how I don't see people coming back.. at one point bmxboard was the place to be, then shit went bad over there... so then everyone shifted to backlash... then the owner of backlash got pissed off at people posting things and pretty much just shut the site down... then pedal became the place to be.... Never once has a forum fallen off then picked back up...
I still visit the site to see what/if people are posting, but everyones gone....
still in my eyes, pedal is and always will be the best forum there ever was.... The general rules of the site are pretty lax and not very restrictive.... not really any censorship.... whereas the other forums people have moved onto have a bit more restrictions on what you can post...
Restrictions and censorship have ruined other forums in the past(backlash, bmxtrix, ect), so perhaps once things go to shit elsewhere, people may come back to where they wont get censored for their views....
Im still here lurking...

How many compatibility issues have you run into running it? are you running the 32bit or 64bit version?
It really is disapointing to see how many new computers that come with vista are using the 32bit version on a 64bit cpu...
