well.. ive had 3 pairs of bars my Fly Mosca's were short and i liked them until you notice your bike looks dinky so got sunday color bars, i cut them at 4am tired and half asleep and they came out sooo short i was riding on the bend hahahaha, then i got Animal Piff Bars and cut them like 1/4 of an Inch on both sides and that feels perfect. Dont cutthem to much because you have less control, and if the bars get in the way when you are doing tricks then your not leaning back enough. you will get the tricks with progression you dont need to cut parts to extremes. Though the advice i give you is what ever you cut it, make sure that you learn from your mistakes if u dont like how short they are .
