i dont get tried and shaky its just i lose my balance or something..but the first 10mins im good as hell then...like i could bw half hiker for a good 20 ft then 10mins later i can only do it 10ft

for some reason the first 10mins of my session i do good as hell then after then it goes to hell well not to hell but i dont do as good. is it just me or do other ppl do that too?
