If you got an air compressor... Kinda lift it up and spray a shit load of air and it will slide right off...

If not, I think that water is probably the best, because when I use wd-40 to get it off, I cant whipe the handlebar off and get rid of the greese on the bars, which cause me to have throttle grip for like months

Air first, then water
