Andy,
The parking is tough. You can get into one of the garages on Michigan Ave. but that will be $20 or more. I would pak in Lincoln Park by the zoo on the street then ride down the lakefront. Watch the signs they will tow you in minute if you park in permit zone.
Dylan Worsley bars from Ryal. posted on 2005-07-11 20:58:28
Kind of reminds me of the 4 pc Ody Bar Mitzvahs. But the angles are a little more defined. Nice bar. I would like to give them a try.

After the SCRAP contest in March I made up my mind that I was switching to the SeqPeg. I bought 4 new sequence pegs back in april and I love them. Light, perfect amount of grip and comfortable under the foot.
I am 5'9 155-160lbs and my foot is about 10.5 to 11 depending on ther shoe. They still feel fine.

Thank you Fredaubailly and Kabirun. It looks like a good frame but they don't put the angles on the photo. Props to France for going out on a limb for flatland.

It looks like they updated the sight since yesterday. They have a team rider photo but no name. Does anyone know who this is or who is doing these frames? I think it is out of France.

I got an e-mail from Koxx and then one from a new company called Mukiflat. See http://www.mukiflat.com/ they have a picture of the frame something along the lines of a Darwin or KGB. Looks nice. Does anyone know anything about this company? I am just curious.
Tapered forks hurt? posted on 2005-03-29 21:02:17
I had the problem with the tapperd fork was cut away and my foot was sucked into the gap between the tappered part of the peg an fork. I pivoted and my heal moved but the other part of my foot didn't and it feels like I snapped something in my arch.

I am going to make a prediction. Quamen comes out with a small label MTB frame line up. They find that they can marke them up more because your averge MTB buyer is a metrosexual with cash to spend and is looking for a new toy. 80% of MTB's never see dirt, they see sidewalk a few times a year nad then it is back in the storage locker at the condo complex. MTB becomes Quamen's bread and butter and flat is forgotten and the story of GT is played out all over again.
What do yo think?

Gen,
Remember that the mega spin is a backwards rolling trick. You are not spinning on one single point like a figure skater on ice. Try this...
1.) Learn the spin (not the ride in.) Left foot on back left peg, right foot on the ground. Hold the front wheel 1 and a half feet off the ground. Swing to the right and then with the right foot step up and gently run/kick the back tire. This will get you in the spinning part.
2.) Peg wheelie forward (left foot on back left peg) and the carve to the right. Once you turn 180 kick the tire and get rolling back and circular.
Hot tip***Turn the bars backward when you try the mega spin, and don't use the brake.
