Re: Win A New SickChild Frame Here! posted on 2006-09-13 07:32:20

thanks peeps

I'm still waiting on a responce from ed, granting permission to make large poster size prints of it :D

I just tried inverting the colors here in paint @ work.. and i dunno.. it just looks off balance that way.. May have to play with that in photoshop to get it right.

And, also.. does anyone know where I can find those blank t-shirt templates I can use to see what it would look like on a shirt?

It looks cool here with the border, but I think if it was on a shirt, it would be even better without th border, but much larger..  just have the face up on your left shoulder/chest area (if possible), and flowing down to where peter would be on your lower right stomache area...

thanks again, glad to see someone likes :)

didn't turn out as great as I expected it too..
should of gave myself more time.  I wanted to put more detail into peter this time.. but ran out of time.. and energy.

But I still had a lot of fun!  :P

looks good man
do you have everything hanging up on the walls?

if so, why no display cases?

Re: Makes me want to scream... posted on 2006-09-09 14:18:11

try letting out that scream and try again

I've noticed that keeping all the frustration bottled up and trying to stay calm in frustrating moments actually hurts my concentration on balancing.

But if you just freakin let it out, you can get over it and move on with a clear mind.
although I suck @ these

I actually spent the most time in 1 session on these, than I ever have.
About 15 minutes lol.  I'm very eager to learn them now, as I'm sure they will help Tremendously with riding out of steams. :P

keep @ it.

hahahaha

I just imaged an anual flatland season.  With scheduled battles, and then playoffs and a champion of the year.

haahaha, you could have teams of flatlanders,  The winner of each battle gets your team a point.  yeah.. retarted and never happending.. Just throwing out random thoughts.  :|

ermm

the more classes the better.. i guess.
It's always nice to be able to better analyze/categorize stuff.

better organization usually results in a better understanding/view of everything.

Good idea.. maybe the next person who throws a comp could play with it

well, today it's been raining all day, basically since last night.
But it was just misting on my lunchbreak so I headded out and just worked on rolling Slloooooooow dorks and steams.  Was really pretty fun. :P

Tried doing some megaspins without kicking the tire, but I just don't understand how the hell that's done @ all.

Unbikes @ FF Now posted on 2006-09-02 13:06:41

A while back I was reading a thread about unbikes and was wondering why no places build them up and sold them.

And now.. Walla:

What you mean? Strength wise?

I been rocking it for two months no problems and Ed has been testing it for over a year. So strength-wise it seems to be fine.

yeah.. It's probably just the angle of the shot or something... but it looks like the tubes get thinner right there where they meet.
