adding milk into your ice cream makes it nice and smooth. more smooth than it alleready was. Make sure you stir it up though or else you'll get little ice chunks in there.

miono...sounds like they are flexible

I was thinking about getting some titanium spokes from dans some day, whenever I have a wheelset built. Cause I dun think pat sells them..or at least he didn't. anyways..they sound cool..but I know nothing about these "flexies"

so basically I'm of no use of all.

yeah but is there a sertain point that you should try to time the kicks?
and you don't really scuff a megaspin..you just kick the tire hard don't you?...there's no dragging of the foot involved.
but yeah, should I try pressing hard on the tire during a certain point of the spin or does it really matter. What are the technicalities of keeping the spin going?

ah crap I dun wanna type it all out again so I'll just make it simple.

Does anyone have any tips on how to keep the spin going?
I can ride into and out of easily but can't ever get more than 3 to 4 rotations.

How do I keep it goin?
