8' is perfect for airs i think...
coping is your friend, it tells you alot of things...
carve back and forth a while, then 180 below the coping
eventually you'll build up confidence and go a little over it...
start by dropping in from a double peg to air, that wont send you over the coping much...
its basically about being smooth, to go higher on a big ramp you just go faster really...

stick one end of the casing in the lever, run it down to the brake, cut it
its about trial and error more than anything...my only tip is dont kink it too tight...and lube the hell out of it...

so i got up at 6 and headed to the park today, got there and found the snake run and bowls were filled with blue glass...
some asswhipes broke a 12pack of that balljuice shit all over, but they left the street run clean.....
its great that skaters who are too pussy to ride some tranny will ruin it for everyone else...
i found a beanie and used it to clean out the 8' bowl and rode a few hours...
when i find out who did it i'm shoving a bottle up thier ass and breaking it...
but after that it was pretty good, probably go back later with brooms and finish it if no one else has.....
another "is that a good part" thread : ARESTIC A-C posted on 2005-03-12 11:50:37
i have them and love them...
the tread is good for scuffing for me....but others have said they're too hard...i like it tho...
they are fast and roll/spin great
i have them at 150psi no problems
just make sure to check and double and triple check the bead when you put them on, on certain lower/mid wall rims they arent a tight fit...
only gripe i have is the sidewalls are thin and riding street they could tear easily...

ARES Tires like to go BOOM! posted on 2005-03-03 17:02:30
i have aclass tires at 150 with no problems at all
the side walls are thin, but they're a flatland tire....not a good idea to try to feeble a brick ledge with :D
i've seen people blow all kinds of tires....its usually a defective tire or the bead wasnt locked on properly before going up with the psi.....
1 piece or 3 pc cranks? posted on 2005-02-28 11:57:07
3pc are better in that they are much stronger, meaning less flex
1pc are ok for flat, but the flex is an issue for some, up side is that they are cheap
its more a preference thing, but since you asked which is better, 3pc if you have the $
