hi again, no one probably remembers me, been a while since i've been around...
built this bike last year, about 2weeks after that, i seperated my shoulder severly and havent beenable to ride anything besides flatland since, as such, i no longer need this bike, so i'm selling my baby
i'd like to sell it as a complete, as its less hassle, but call dibs on parts and make an offer, i'm not sure on prices, everything is in new/mint condition, some minor paint scratches and such, but no dents or anything cracked

basically i'm selling it because i'm moving soon (to jolly old england) and its very expensive to ship, so if i can loose less money by selling it, then why not let you guys get a good deal on some mint parts
as you can probably tell, i can paint, so if you want stuff a differant color, we can talk
go ahead, rip my baby apart, make offers

When to toss brake pads? posted on 2005-05-08 16:40:46
i've used the stock pads with my 990's for 5 years
they still work perfectly
simple dropouts? posted on 2005-05-08 16:39:10
its the dropouts....
on frames that have 3/8 and 14mm options, they dont change the dropouts at all, simply make differant sized holes
its not hard to do
cut from only one side of the dropout, pick top or bottom, i'd say go with the bottom since the top is where the stress is
should beable to get it done in an hour or less with a hacksaw and a file
