You can be use to it and still be sore, but when you start training muscles you dont use for say biking, they arent built like your other muscles, so they get sorer (is that a word) easier.

i joined this little shit hole gym recently to start lifting and my muscles feel great when im done workin out. they hurt a little for the next day but i think theyre supposed to. if your muscles dont hurt when you done workin out you should try adding more weight to build up.

haha actually no, i ride on the biggest p.o.s. but i love it, i just talk shit on the internet because what else am i suppost to do after i finished riding all day ontop of the other shit i do. Its ncie to sit down at night and relax and talk shit about people stupider than you.

I dunno, my lot is pretty secluded and pretty clean for the most part. Its well over a football field big so i have plenty of room. I cant ride with headphones infront of my house either cuz there are too many cars and in the lot i dont have to worry about that.

I ride in my road all the time, riding into town by bike takes me like 15 minutes so a sesh infront of my house always works. I have a harder time focusing when im infront of my house though.

Hey ive been really sore from working out lately, enough to keep me off my bike if i could ride anyways. Im gonna be lifting 5 times a week this whole summer and i want some stuff to keep me from being as sore the next day so i can still ride.

If you have itunes on your computer burn it through that since the only outcome of a burn cd through itunes is an audio cd. I know things like recordnow! and other softwear are harder but itunes is really easy. I use itunes for audio cds all the time and recordnow! for data cds.

Data cds fit more stuff however cant be played in a cd player, burning just the songs onto it allows it to play in a cd player.
