Honestly, bmx stuff is way expensive. But people need to make a living and crap so its all good. However, i really dont think they should charge extra on tubes. i know thats a great way to make a profit and all, but its a friggin pain to have to pay that much.

Yeah! every night after i come home from riding i jump in my pool and do laps for a while. Its fun and good exercise.

Ive been riding street alot lately too and now i work out every day which will hopefully help my balance.

You can be use to it and still be sore, but when you start training muscles you dont use for say biking, they arent built like your other muscles, so they get sorer (is that a word) easier.

It should be a 'good' sore though, tight feeling. It shouldn't keep you from riding. Go to a lower weight if the soreness is that bad, with higher reps. Do you take protein supplements? I take a shake before and after working out(72g of quick and slow digesting). Try a B-50 or 100 complex, too. And always S T R E T C H....
Pain relievers are just band-aids. Only use them if you've really overdone it and in pain. In which. like i said, lower the weight.

Yeah i have 100% Whey protein coming in the mail, it was bodybuilding.coms protein of the year so i guess its the best kind out there.
I can always ride the next day but legs day kills me since legs day i push myself way harder than i do on the other days.
