I should mention im 16 and still in high school, so late night jobs are out of the question, and that my town, and any surrounding ones dont have any restraunts really.
My town is small.

looking for something to build, need suggestions posted on 2006-08-10 18:09:25
Well im gonna build a box, roughly a foot and a half tall, 2 feet wide and like 6 long or maybe more.
But i also want to build something else but not sure what. It cant be too big, but it needs to be unique, i dont know what, i dont want some generic ramp or something. Ie. no quarterpipes or kickers.
Any ideas?
Re: who thinks mountain bikes are good for street???????? posted on 2006-08-09 18:30:43
The specialized p bikes are great for street, ive ridden a couple of them.
Also 243 makes some nice ones too that are pretty much the same.
Theres other companies out there too that make the hard tail mountain bike that are greta for street riding but those are the ones ive ridden.

i dont like the goo goo dolls
but counting crows is very good. both are definatly talented,i would see them.
when i say system of a down, they didnt have any gay lyric changes, they sped up a few songs though, which only made it better
[/quote]
I love when they speed up songs, but when they slow it down, its hard to get excited for that.

I found out about this in Rolling Stone when it first came out and checked it out. Its pretty good but sometimes it comes back with wierd stuff for similar artists.
Fun to listen to sometimes hwen you dont know what you want to listen to though.

i preffer it that way. if i wanted to hear the CD i could save the cost of the ticket. in fact, i get pissed when they come out and lay down a flawless duplicate of their recorded material. i hate that shit. a band needs to be entertaining, not robotic... and if you can't freestyle your way through your own work, then you're not really much of a musician... in my opinion.

you make a good point, but theres some ways to change it for a concert and slowing songs down isnt one of them i think.
Some songs should be left un tampered with tough.

bands changing lyrics during concerts? posted on 2006-08-01 10:02:58
Pisses me off.
I saw the counting crows and goo goo dolls last night and both bands did it but the counting crows did it pretty bad.
I would be singing along and shit and you fuck it up cuz they change the words or hold out some and not the others and it doesnt sound as good either.
Does anyone else get mad with this stuff?
It was a great concert though.
