What's everyone's handle bar specs? posted on 2005-06-04 19:14:15

Not going Brakeless posted on 2005-06-04 19:12:12
I ride brakeless, and I noticed I have more energy than with a rear, its because I dont haul ass down a street then just have to stop right away, and back to haulin ass. Ive slow down because I dont have the power to stop instantly if Im standing up. And Ive learned to do better/longer manuels, the shorter rear end on my new frame probably helped with that, though.

Looking for input on STREET tires posted on 2005-06-02 19:22:34
If you can find the old XS Huckers, those are magical, Ive been running mine off and on for about 5 years in the rear. Awesome tire, probably expensive as hell to buy on ebay though. Next im trying either a ts100 or a comet.

empirebmx.com has Marwi spokes, which are nice, if you have the money, I dont know about the other places but empire will build your wheels for free, pretty sure about this. seems like a good wheel you picked out.

I dont wear gloves often, but I will here soon, I ride with ODI Longnecks (non lockon) and I love them, real soft.
And like the guy said DO NOT BUY PRIMO WALL OR PRIMO V grips, absouloutly horrible grips, good at first but crap out after a couple of weeks.

Pretty damn confusing, but once I get to it I think it will help since it is a 36h. Do you think 4x is the way to go?
Looks good.

My park is all cement and isnt slippery? Althought if there is a nice coat of dust a worn out primo wall can slip if you get sloppy in your turns, like leaning the bike over to much
