i have a primo (venus) on the side of the chain, from inside and a khe spacer(i think its called like that) from the other. i use a nankai freecoaster and it fits perfect. also my chain is always tight and the backwheell is in perfect condition.

serious wrist problems - part two posted on 2005-01-25 14:53:45
i have the same problem for years.
it scoming sometimes and then it goes.
my wrist are doing some strange noises like crack and stuff.
try a wristband and not too much pressure on the tires. i put about 115 psi.
i might change my handlebars also and take something with sweep , maybe a kgb or something.

seatposts suggestions posted on 2005-01-13 04:57:29
hello,
i am learning a new trick on the backwheell and the bmx is upside down , and it always hit the seatpost oppossite to the ground. imagine that i land on the seatpost and all my weight going to the seat and the seatpost. i have bend 2 cromoly ones in 2 weeks. i need a very strong one . but i dont want it heavy. anything but not as expensive as the thompson. i would prefer aluminium, any suggestions? what about the snafu seatpost? i cand find one very cheap.
