yea thats fucking dumb. its good they're gonna feed them and whatnot but all those missionaries do is brainwash, and tell them to convert. it starts off as in '' let me tell you about God and Jesus..'' ''you dont have to convert, just listen.'' then they keep pushing them to listen and crap and it eventually leads into telling them that they should accept God into their life and be christian or else they rot in hell. its like, just help the people but dont push your own personal beliefs and values on them.

im catholic, but i think what those missionaries do is wrong.

u dont have to support your own race, you support what ever the fuck you want. thats that. now as far as the war, it doesnt mean we are anti-america. it means we are anti war or anti bush. if your against something like the war on Iraq, it doesnt mean u are against our country. it means you are against the people who run it and made the stupid decision to go there. or maybe you have a different reason.

i dont think it was a good idea to go to war without a cause and no one backing us. but i support our troops. i have freinds in Iraq. they signed up before the war happend, so why hate them? i have 2 other freinds who joined after the war but thats because they didnt know what else to do with their lives. they think of it as a job. for instance, they signed to work on helicopters. thats their job and they want to use those skills so after they get out of the military they will find a decent job.

i took a political science class and half the semester we spent reading and talking about how fucked the patriot act is. there's a lot to it. more than what i thought. pretty much if you are suspected of anything the feds can go to this court system (forget what their called) and tell that court that they want to investigate you. ounce they OK it, which happens about 95% of the time, the feds can tap your phone lines, follow you, bug your room and look through all your shit at your house without u knowing about it. they also made it so after they're done investigating, they dont have to tell you what they did. plus, the patriot act made it so people are now way limited to get information with the Freedom of Information Act.
