Has anyone built a 32 spoke rear wheel? posted on 2006-02-03 06:37:51

i own the 32h khe wheelset... and actually it's not really the number of spokes that makes them so light, but rather that the rims are single-wall, and that is where the real weight saving comes in... (and the strength issue is related to this as well)

i don't use the front one anymore coz i was truing it so often, but the rear is holding up ok, and it makes the back end of my bike super light...which is really nice!!

^^ hmm... those concepts are pretty obvious... i think the point of it is a bit more abstract...basically that riding for a company can limit your freedom (i.e. - having to do shows, go to contests etc.), and take away from the fun of riding, which is why you do it in the first place...

flatland is hard...

try riding with other people if possible, it can be much easier to learn a trick when you see someone do it live...

very bizzare...

how can they not be able to support a top class rider like that?? you would think they'de want to build the team, not dismantle... hmmm... something is just weird about it...

you'de think alex is sick of adapting to new frames every 6 months...
