yea if you want a heavy (weight wise) frame. but that quamen A-10 frame was engineered to be light

if five pounds is too heavy for you, do some pushups. fbm makes the strongest/straightest frames in the business. and at only 5 lbs, the stairmaster can hardly be called "heavy" if you built one up with decently light parts, itd weigh around 25-27 lbs. thats plenty light for a "street" settup.

I cant do them but im willing to give advice on them. If I were you I would learn nose manuals really good first after that learn how to do ice pick stalls then the slidding should come naturally

youre thinking of a toothpick. icepick is the back peg. if youre trying it on a rail, i suggest you find a nice quick one, no more than 8 stairs. you dont need to nosedive like a regular double peg, but you want to keep it pretty level. once you get over the rail, give the back end a bit of a push down. if your goin fast enough it should just happen pretty natural. youll be riding away from it before you know what happened. before you start hucking yourself down rails tho, i'd recomend at least learning to stall it really well on a ledge or coping. to icepick quarterpipes, just combine a doublepeg grind with a deckmanual... itll happen. keep practicing you'll get it.
