SOOOOO FUN! Word up to both parties for NOT SCREWING UP! We held it down pretty well considering we never had a formal rehersal. | - The festivities began on Tuesday with the arrival of Team Winnipeg’s own Terry Proveda Pick up from the airport was scheduled for 12:30 followed with an appointment with the parking lot at 1:00! We scooped met up with Rebecca and Abe, then headed out to Ancaster. Session only lasted an hour or so due to the EXTREME HEAT!!!! Now that we all stunk, what better way to cool off then invite ourselves over to Marks pool…..lol. THANKS MARK!!!!! The remainder of the day consisted mainly of Terry drooling over Marks Sister / friends whom we just missed getting into the pool, Terry waving at the girls of Hamilton and well, Terry talking about the girls he waved at….HAHAHAHA
- Wed rolled around with an overcast sky but same story…out riding! With a secret girls bridal shower planned out for Rebecca on Wed, this was my queue to kidnap Adam, along with most of the grooms party and hit up the go cart tracks! Unfortunately for Adam, his co-workers, earlier that day, tested his weak will for good food with some overly spicy sausage. Indigestion hit him right before the time we started to head out. Carts were put on the back burners and well, let’s just say Adam had a very “interesting” evening.....ALONE - Thursday, same story….Terry and his girls, more wicked sessions, etc…. - Friday Pre wedding jam went over relatively well. Aaron Wright, OSD, Quinn, Eric Effinger, Terry and friends showed up at McQuestion. “Hey, you guys remember that time that I forgot to wear sun screen and my arms get MAD burnt?” We were all a little pink faced by the end of the afternoon. Afterwards, we all went back to Adams Apartment for a briefing on what the following day would have in store for us. CHEF Rebecca cooked up a storm for us while Batman ( their cat) was doing his best to steal it off our plates! WE all piled into bed around 1ish that night / morning. Getting to bed was fine…waking up at 4:00 to redue your toast/speech was not..hahahahahaha. - Saturday started off with Adam busting into my room, fully dressed ( about 3 hours before the time wer are even supposed to be there) and yelling, with a smile on his face “ IM GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!” Up we all get. Terry is late getting up, probably because…” He was dreaming about girls”…BAHAHAHAHAHAH. While waiting for Andrew to show up, John Findlay, Terry, Adam and I get suited up and head out for a session!!!! You can’t get all dressed up and get a few shots of you riding…right? Needless to say, we have a few interesting looks from our neighbours. Aidas and Gobbo roll in about the same time. Let the photos begin!!!!! We pile into the car and drive down for setup on the beach. The Wedding took place right beside Barangas, down at the Hamilton Beach. Ceremony started 11:40. REBECCA LOOKED STUNNING!!!! If Adam wasn’t there, I’m sure finding a groom would not have been hard! You guys should have seen the “Ring BEAR”. They went out and bought these little animals in suits and dresses ( flower girl). First dance took place on the beach, immediately afterwards. Any incase any of you ladies are wondering, Terry is a great dancer…HAHAHAHAHAHA. Diner rolled around and it was hilarious. The parties all had bubbles to blow around the room, but for some reason, mine always ended up directly in Adams eye. Abe had a few too many and decided that he would drink the blue vase water that the flowers were sitting in. OSD was prank calling Barangas from his cell phone and Terry, well he couldn’t take his eyes off the waitresses. My toast went over fairly well and I didn’t “burn” it too badly..haha.
