Sponsors so far, Flatlandfuel, Diversion, Dunamis Designs, Ten Pack, and The Bicycle Shop. It will be held indoors, and all entry fees will goto the local branch of the MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Society. It will be in an indoor arena.

That is all you need to know right now.

I'm aiming for around the $20 - $30 dollar range. And remember, it's more like an entry "donation" as it'll goto the MS Society.

Is it still a camp ground event, where we can camp out rather than look for places to crash? Any details on that (are you going to book a group site, or are we going to grab individual sites?)?

Elgan...It is a standard arena...therefore, plenty of room.

Cory...There is a campsite about 10 - 15 minute bike ride from the arena...I'm unaware of prices, pretty cheap I believe, I can find out in a little while.

Yeah Cory for sure.
THe camp is just outside Petrolia (about 5 minutes by car to the west). I'll have to look into the costs which will be hard, because right now they are closed  , but the camp site is the "Lorne Henderson Conservation Area" Campground....even has a pool, and mini golf as well! Yes!

I'd like to have a little jam on firday, so a lot of the guys from out of town can come down for that, camp overnight, and be ready to kill it on Saturday.
There'll be enough room.
