If you have seen Standpoint 5 or looked at RIDE BMX magazine lately, you have probably heard about LouisianaBMX and our annual event, TRANSITIONS.

If not, then in a nutshell, it is a BMX and music event that includes local and national bands, Djs, MCs, break dancers, graffiti writers, and of course BMX riders.

This year will be the fourth time TRANSITIONS has hit Baton Rouge and it promises to be bigger and better than ever – AND IT IS STILL FREE!

We have two yards full of ramps, a garage ramp setup, a portable box jump, and a flatland area. All this is two blocks away from LSU campus and two miles away from downtown. Come to ride, stay to enjoy everything else! Why pay to ride a skatepark when you can ride our ramps, eat our food, listen to our bands, watch our break dancers for free!

Bands include:
Mortal Treason (Decatur, AL – Seth Kimbrough’s band)
Alli With An I (Raleigh, NC – as seen in Props Video Magazine)
Plus three others!

The event is at the same place as last year – 3065 Iowa St, Baton Rouge, right outside of LSU campus. As always, there is free food and more entertainment that you can possibly imagine.
