	sigh... yes you can, you just need new cups to accomodate your new sealed bearings...most cranks come with this shizzit you need a new spindel too... spindels on sealed bearing arent threaded while spindels on unsealed bearings are threaded. Flatrider, the sealed bearings for a one piece are pretty cool.... might get em for my other bike that has a one piece. Whered you find them?

	make sure you get nice berings, make them worth it. you dont wanna have to be replacing berings every month because you got some $15 ones. you get what you pay for. break a board. ride a bike.

	Does Tioga make those OPC sealed bearings in a Spanish bottom bracket design? I want to keep the stock OPC when I get my Fly Malaga and get them sealed bearings but I dont know if it will fit the frame..... Thanks! :)
