my friend broke a frame within 2 days from wtp and hes not a hard rider right in the left dropout, so he called them because it was a defect in the frame ( think about it... not a hard rider.. isnt a great rider.. breaks the left dropout on the 2nd day of owning rthe frame?) and they didnt do shit, they said it was his faut and that they made their frames perfect and then they just went on being dicks to him, and yes.. hoffman is a good company
