	I have a pair of those neoprone wethepeople wrist wrap/guard things my wrists have been feeling good and strong for the past few months, so I havent really used them, but whenever I hurt i take a crash to my hands and hurt my wrists hard, I go back to using them regularily. A few of my friends have bad ankles and have supports where you lace them up. Another friend of mine recently damaged his MCL when his knee bent sideways, so when he eventually gets back to riding, he'll probably be using an expensive custom brace. www.capitalbmx.net

	I got pins in my elbow and for a while I would ride with just one elbow pad on cuz I was soo scared I was going to do something to it, now I dont care, but yeah Any padding for me, restricts movement
