It isn't only about kicking out. You have to twist your upper body and pull the bars back into you. When your tire hits your leg, then it's a good one. There's no excuse for being a dickhead. | |

i would have to say practice on ur back and when u get them super di duper fast then fly out and do them thats what i did and i have overclicked turndowns | |

my advice is to get the bike vertical first, and make sure you leg is infront of your seat before you cross the bars and twist, i could never do them until i got my leg in the right place and now i've got em dialed | |

i cant see you trying them so its hard to tell what youre doing wrong, but i found that pushing my ass off the side of the bike and taking my hips away from the area right above the cranks helped me to start clicking them all the way. like if ur pushing your bike down to the right and turning to your right, take your ass out to the left side of the frame before you click it. click here to see my gallery at CNYBMX | |

bring your bike to your side get above it, then pull your bars up like all hell with your back hand, then push down with that hand, and try to straighten out...
