I do them to the right, so when I go over a box-jump I kinda pretend im spinning to the left once in the air. Doing this gets your back end moving to the side, then you just click your bars back the other way and turn your body with them. If you do that right, your body and bars will be in the right place, and your legs will push the back end the rest of the way out. Just keep trying, theyre hard to explain, but after you start getting them you just do them without thinking.

try them on a reall steep quarter, preferably no coping,

you want to air out, do an air manual thing, and then do an x-up, but when you x-up stand up straight and look at your back tire, then turn back and you should come out of your x-up, then land and roll away.

that should do it

these have to be so confusing, well first you need to be somewhat vertical, then you need to put your leg that you ride with back under your seat, and turn your bars to that foot, then you need to push towards the opposite way with your other leg to make it look good i got them from watching other people and videos in slow motion to see what i was doing wrong good luck! :D

I finally landed a couple today. First one was over our 5 foot spine. then over our 4 foot box jump. I have some video, but I don't have the shit I need to put it on my computer.
