Ive been grinding with a peg on my front wheel which has a 3/8 axle, but  it always ends up bending every so often.  Is there better or stronger 3/8 axles out there or should i just go convert to a 14mm in the front?  How come all these new bikes coming out all have 3/8 axles in the front with pegs? Am i missing something here or what? Anybody else grind with a 3/8 axle?

uhh yeah i do, i have the odyssey vandero and i ride hard enough to bend 2 guarded sprockets haha, uhhh idk if your having that kind of problem in just get a new front setuo with 14's

you should definitly try micro pegs.  this way you dont bend your axles and mess them up.
