I am having a hard time commiting to spinning the whole 180! I can understand how to do it but its really hard for me.  Anybody have any tips on how to spin?

Keep your head and your shoulders aiming were you want to go. Like keep your whole upper body turned the way you're spinning until you spot your landing. Once you see that your shoulders have completed the 180 spin your hips back straight with your body. That should bring your tail end around.

When you bunnyhop, turn your head in the direction of the spin. It will help you comit to it. When you land in the spin, try to land level. If you land level it gives you the ability later to do fakies and roll-outs. Or if you get used to the spin and the 180, you can do 360 taps. When you do the 180, lean back just a tad. When you land , you should land with just the back tire on the ground. Put a little tensoin on the chain and it'll help spin you around. I know thats more than what you asked for, But hopefully it helps you out.

im having the same trouble, but should you turn slightly in the dirrection your 180'ing before you hop?

u have to keep looking at the direction that ur spinning. look over ur shoulder at the right or left watever way u spin.  if u want u can carve alittle before u spin.

When you first start doing the 180 start off by lifting your front tire and starting to turn then hop into the 180 be sure to throw your head like your trying to bite your ass then whip your back end around. After you do that you should be able to get the hold 180 quite easily
