Ok i want a bike with double wall rims, 14mm axle, gyro with strait line brakes, as light as possible and pegs....under 450 tax and all

im looking at the hoffman disruptor el2 and the eastern element 07 ive looked at the element but i need to know the ups and downs of both please help.
