	Ok, yes you can I would suggest getting an open vice so the cups can rest on it well you tap the bearing out. Siton the vice, theres 2 methods you can use. Either get a large round piece of steel or something, well large enough that it will fit through the cup, a 19mm socket may be of use, If you can't find anything of the right diam either to small or to big, then just get a flat ended round punch sorta thing, maybe even the end on a cheap socket wrench, and tapped it out using that, keep moving it around I'd suggest. Top, right, bottom, left, Top, right, bottom, left, Top, right, bottom, left and so on like that, tap it lightly, incresing the pressure until it starts to shift.
