hey im new, just got myself a bike to try flatland with ... it took me about 5 years to get my hands on a bike so im pretty excited

its an older hoffman dirt merchant, and needs some work. but anyways, what i'd like to know is if this bike can be any good for flatland? its not too long or too short, its a basic frame, with a normal offset fork. i know that it might not be the best choice, but i got it practically for free so im not complaining!

if i had to, i could just modify everything to make it more suitable for the purpose, but i dont really feel like ripping all the paint off and rewelding parts right now .. so yeah some feedback would be nice .. should i just roll this and learn, then buy something else, or just ditch it and get something better used or something?
