holy jeeze my right leg has been burning so much. when i do spins i turn to the left and my main balance leg for prettymucheverything is my right leg. and i've been trying those stubble varial holycraps that raph chiqut does.. i can get the bike around and everything but bail the last second... anyways... this is really lame because my calves have been sssssssssssoo sore for like three weeks. maybe i'm just week.

| Is flat all you do for for a physical activity? I've started running recently to help build up my stamina and leg strength. I don't run all the time though, just like I don't ride every day. Also if you have a road/mtn. bike you could do some easy, high rpm cycling to help clear the lactic acid out of your muscles (the stuff that makes your muscles sore after exertion. | |

| calve muscles over worked feeling sore due to lactic acid forming, you might want to try some "Creatine." i ain't no scientist; don't ask me how Creatine works... all i know, Creatine helps in rapid muscle recovery and prevents lactic acid build up. | |
