Flatland frames are usually shorter than normal frames and sometimes have a bent downtube, for your legs or something like that, I would guess.

As for completes, the quality varies.
Pretty much it's like this.

As the money you're willing to spend rises, so does the quality of the bike.
You can buy completes that pretty much need nothing as soon as you get on it.
Like the MirraCo Blend and Black Pearl LTDs (Dave Mirra and Ryan Guettler signature bikes.)
But for a bike like that, the pricetag is outrageous.
Like $1,100.
But if you wanted to build the same bike piece by piece you'd be spending well over $1,500, maybe even into the two grand area.
Anyways, enough about that.

The KHE Stylus looks really good for a solid flatland starter bike. If I were you I'd go and get it.
Now, the thing about the KHE DaFunction is that it'll probably cost considerably more than the Stylus.
I'd get the Stylus and as I progress more I'd replace more parts to hold up to the rigors of my riding.
