| i want to buy a cassett hub but im confused on whether or not my chain will fit it okay. Because they just give sizes like (10T) or something like that. I have a fat chain its 3/16 i believe | |

First off, welcome to Pedal! Second off, T stands for teeth, so a 10T casette hub has 10 teeth on the cog. It has nothing to do with chaing size or width, however it will affect chain length (you'll need to take a few links out). Almost any chain should fit almost any hub, you should be just fine. - Nick Busey ![]() | |
