is it just me or do u find that grinding is hard on the bike like drop outs and the chain stay. Im pretty new to bmx and was wondering if it was regular maybe its just because i have a new bike that im noticing it more idunno

mostly anything you do is hard on your bike
yeah drop outs and crap wil get affected by grinds its normal
